Johan Rantzau accept horses that have competed well and that has made its in breeding. 
He just wants to give them a pleasant and relaxed closure. 

The horses graze freely in the daytime and at night they will dwell in the spacious barn.They will also be trained a little bit by the stable staff who are at the manor to keep up their shape.

He let them hang around until their time has come, but it should not mean that if theybecome ill or injured they will suffer, he then contacts a veterinarian. This is the lastresort and a resort that he is using every means to avoid if possible.

It's free to place the horses here and John will pay a sum to buy horses for the sum that the owner wants. 

After a horse has been bought by Johan they will NOT be sold again, unless the owner wants his horse back. 

There is actually a lower age limit and it is 12 years, Johan believes that those who are under 12 years has more to give and do not fit at the manor. There may be exceptions but there will be some good reasons why the horse should get to Johan. Although 12 years is the lower limit: he really like to buy older horses.

Then let me just say that all stallions who come here will be neutered.
